An injury free workplace is our goal at T.D. Drilling Inc. This can be achieved through continual safety and loss-control efforts. Employees at every level of business are responsible and accountable for the company's overall participation. Contribution from every member of our staff is necessary to achieve a high safety standard that the company expects. Employees and contractors are responsible for following all safety procedures and, whenever possible, improving safety measures.
We have created a Health and Safety Manual outlining company policies, job procedures, and safe work practices. As a member of the "Partners in Injury Reduction" program we take great pride in continually updating our Certificate of Recognition each year. We are proud of our safety record to date and strive to maintain our loss time accident free days.

A "Certificate Of Recognition" is awarded to employers who develop health and safety programs that meet established standards. Certificates are issued by Certifying Partners and are co-signed by Alberta Human Resources and Employment.
Partnerships in Health and Safety Program is based on the premise that when employers and workers voluntarily build effective health and safety programs in their own workplaces, the human and financial costs of workplace injuries and illnesses will be reduced. The department believes that supporting health and safety programs leads to larger reductions in injuries than regulatory compliance alone.
